The Office was founded in Jerusalem in 1986.

There are five lawyers (three of whom are also public notaries), students and an administrative staff in the Office, fluent in several foreign languages, all working in close cooperation among themselves as well as with attorneys from other offices, in Israel and abroad (Western Europe in general, and Belgium and France in particular, as well as in the United States).

The Office's clientele, which is spread out all over Israel as well as in Europe and North America, includes private clients as well as corporations, nonprofit organizations and institutional clients in a variety of fields of activity, including financial institutions from Belgium, the United States, and other countries.
