Education: Started studying law in Brussels (Belgium), and completed his studies at the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University in 1984; completed his training in 1984.
Legal Practice: A member of the Israeli Bar since 1985. Registered in the Israel Notaries Registry since 2000.
Experience : An independant practice since 1985.

  • Contracts law and conducting negociations
  • Civil-commercial law in general, and real estate in particular - managing, selling, purchasing, leasing, gift making, bequeathing
  • Estates law - drafting wills in several languages, planning estates in Israel and abroad, probate orders and execution of estates in Israel and abroad
  • Corporate law - setting up companies in Israel and abroad (off-shore companies) and nonprofit organizations, managing them, day to day counseling for corporations
  • All public notary services and legal translations - Hebrew, French, English and Dutch-Flemish
  • Legal counsel and public notary of the Belgian General Consulate in Jerusalem, and hence also specializes in aspects of Belgian and Israeli citizenship
